Before any services can be rendered, an alignment call is required so that we can formerly meet and ensure that our partnership will be a good connection.
The first step in our process is to define your business needs. First, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather basic information. Then, we’ll use this as a guide to highlighting your business pain points and developing a game plan.
Next, everything that is discussed during the alignment call is drawn up into a quote and contract. We use basic terminology to relay the services being rendered, set relationship expectations and guidelines for all services.
